Our maple sugar, as a healthy alternative to refined and artificial sugars, is made by hand in Switzerland from organic maple syrup imported directly from our farm in Canada.  Delicious in yogurt and on grapefruit, perfect for sweetening your drinks and desserts and for any recipes that require sugar (replace table sugar 1:1). 
 
The color of our maple sugar can vary from a light to a dark shade, and the granulometry also exhibits a natural diversity. These nuances are an expression of the natural origin and artisanal processing of our product.
