Maple Nectarine Soft Cakes


150 g of maple sugar

2 pinches of salt

2 eggs

2 dl of milk

60 g of oil

200 g of flour

1 tsp of baking powder

3 nectarines, diced small


Makes 6 verrines


In a large bowl, beat the maple sugar, salt, and eggs until the mixture is fluffy. Add the milk and oil, and mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder, then incorporate into the mixture.

Distribute 2 diced nectarines into the verrines, then pour the batter over the nectarines. Place the verrines on a baking sheet.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Decorate with the reserved nectarines.llten Nektarinen verzieren.
